Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Honig Lachs aus dem Ofen
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides evenly with salt and pepper. Set aside for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, paprika, and optional chili flakes.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, coating thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Chop the vegetables and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the marinated salmon on top of the vegetables and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the salmon is slightly opaque.
  7. Remove from oven, brush salmon with remaining marinade, and bake for another 5 to 8 minutes until the glaze is caramelized.
  8. Let the dish rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve the salmon alongside the roasted vegetables, garnished with parsley or cilantro and lemon wedges.
