- Place the fully cooked ham cut side down in the roasting pan.
- In a medium saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves. Heat until smooth.
- Pour half of the glaze over the ham, then cover loosely with foil. Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- After roasting, remove foil and pour the remaining glaze over the ham. Roast for another 30 to 45 minutes.
- Let the ham rest for 15 to 20 minutes before carving.
