Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare your roasting pan.
  2. Place the fully cooked ham cut side down in the roasting pan.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves. Heat until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the glaze over the ham, then cover loosely with foil. Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. After roasting, remove foil and pour the remaining glaze over the ham. Roast for another 30 to 45 minutes.
  6. Let the ham rest for 15 to 20 minutes before carving.
