Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with necessary ingredients such as oil, eggs, and water. Stir until just combined.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Place 20 Halloween Oreo cookies on top of the brownie layer, pressing them down gently.
  5. Spread the remaining brownie batter over the Oreos, covering them completely.
  6. Bake for 28-31 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
  8. Mix orange gel food coloring into the vanilla frosting and spread it over the cooled brownies.
  9. Crumble the remaining Halloween Oreo cookies on top and decorate with gummy worms and sprinkles.
