Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 24 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute at 50% power, then stir. Continue heating in 45-second intervals until smooth, about 2-3 minutes total.
  3. Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  4. Before the semi-sweet chocolate sets, quickly sprinkle your choice of toppings over it and press gently into the chocolate.
  5. In a clean microwave-safe bowl, combine 12 ounces of white chocolate melting wafers with another tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave using the same technique until smooth.
  6. Carefully pour the melted white chocolate over the layered semi-sweet chocolate and spread evenly.
  7. Add more toppings on top of the white chocolate layer and aim for a colorful combination.
  8. Let the bark sit in a cool area for 2-3 hours until firm.
  9. Once set, lift it from the baking sheet using the parchment paper and break into irregular pieces.
  10. Store in an airtight container or package for gifting.
