  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For a rich sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree For the base sauce
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter Chicken Spice Mix Or a blend of turmeric, cumin, and paprika
  • Salt to taste Salt

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the butter chicken spice mix and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the spiced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the tomato puree and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for another 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro, alongside rice or naan.
