- Begin by preheating your toaster or a skillet over medium heat. Toast 2 slices of your favorite bread until golden brown, approximately 3–4 minutes.
- While the bread toasts, cut a ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash until smooth with slight chunkiness.
- Add lime juice, sambal oelek, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the avocado mixture generously over each slice of toasted bread.
- Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds on top of the avocado layer.
