Step-by-Step Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with poultry seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Slice the loaf lengthwise and spread garlic butter mixture on cut sides. Toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes until golden.
- In the same skillet, melt 0.5 stick of unsalted butter, add minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, mix in Parmesan cheese, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted bread. Top with sliced chicken and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle remaining Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes at 350°F until mozzarella is melted and bubbly. Slice and serve warm.

Notes
Use day-old bread for better texture and prevent sogginess. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses.
