Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with poultry seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Slice the loaf lengthwise and spread garlic butter mixture on cut sides. Toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes until golden.
  3. In the same skillet, melt 0.5 stick of unsalted butter, add minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, mix in Parmesan cheese, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted bread. Top with sliced chicken and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle remaining Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
  5. Bake for an additional 5 minutes at 350°F until mozzarella is melted and bubbly. Slice and serve warm.
