  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Whip until thick but pourable.
  • 0.5 cups Mascarpone Cheese Substitute with cream cheese if needed.
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
For Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder Dust lightly on top.

Preparation Steps
  1. Brew your cold brew coffee in advance, steeping for at least 12–24 hours.
  2. In a tall glass, combine cold brew coffee, coffee liqueur, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until soft peaks form.
  4. Spoon or pour the creamy foam over the cold brew layer, ensuring a perfect float.
  5. Dust with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings if desired. Serve immediately.
