  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter Jif or Skippy recommended
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar light or dark
  • 2 large Eggs at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or vanilla bean paste
For the Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour spooned and leveled
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
For the Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter M&Ms or regular M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips or other types

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the salted butter and both sugars using a hand mixer on medium speed for 2-4 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, and eggs to the creamed mixture and beat on low speed until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder before gradually incorporating them into the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the Peanut Butter M&Ms and mini chocolate chips using a spatula.
  6. Using a large cookie scoop, place dough balls on baking sheets 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-13 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
