Ingredients

Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Provides moisture and richness; substitute with margarine for a dairy-free version.
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar Adds sweetness and structure; brown sugar can deepen the flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Contributes moisture and caramel notes; replace with granulated sugar for firmer brownies.
  • 2 large Eggs Binds ingredients together while enhancing richness; flax eggs work for a vegan alternative.
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour Gives structure and density; opt for gluten-free flour to make it gluten-free.
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder Intensifies the chocolate flavor; dark cocoa can add a richer taste.
