Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  3. Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and tender.
