Step-by-Step Instructions for Honey Bacon Club Sandwich
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, honey, honey BBQ sauce, and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally. Transfer cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels.
- Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a griddle until golden brown.
- Spread honey mustard sauce on one side of two slices of toasted bread. Layer with bacon, romaine lettuce, Muenster cheese, tomato, and avocado. Add turkey and ham.
- Spread honey mustard sauce on the other side of the remaining bread slices and place them on top of the assembled ingredients. Press down gently.
