Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the peaches, then slice them into chunks. In a medium saucepan, combine peach pieces with sugar and water. Over medium heat, stir until sugar dissolves, around 5 minutes. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, then strain syrup and set aside.
  2. While syrup cools, prepare lemon juice. Roll lemons on countertop, cut in half, and juice them avoiding seeds. Aim for 1 cup of freshly squeezed juice.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice with cold water. Stir well to blend and taste; adjust sweetness by adding water or juice.
  4. Gradually stir in peach syrup into lemonade mix. Start with 1 cup, mix thoroughly and taste for sweetness preference.
  5. To serve, fill a glass with ice, pour lemonade over it, and garnish with peach and lemon slices. Store leftovers in the fridge.
