  3. Carefully place the polenta slices on the preheated grill. Cook for about 5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  4. Flip each polenta slice gently and grill for another 5 minutes, watching for a crispy exterior.
  5. Remove from grill, let cool slightly, and serve warm with dips like marinara or garlic aioli.
