- Place salmon skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake the salmon for about 7 minutes until just opaque in the center.
- While the salmon is baking, whisk together gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, mirin, and ginger in a bowl until smooth.
- Remove salmon from oven, brush with glaze, then broil for an additional 5-7 minutes until the glaze is bubbling.
- Garnish with finely sliced green onions and serve with jasmine rice and steamed greens.
