Preparation Steps
- Gather all ingredients and tools, including large marshmallows, white chocolate, vegetable shortening, powdered sugar, a black edible marker, candy eyes, and a microwave-safe bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate with vegetable shortening. Heat in microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds, stir, and continue heating in 10-second intervals until smooth.
- Take a large marshmallow, dip its bottom in melted chocolate, and place it on parchment paper as the base. Dip two additional marshmallows and stack them on top.
- Coat the entire marshmallow structure with the remaining melted chocolate, smoothing out any drips.
- While the chocolate is wet, press candy eyes onto the marshmallow figure. Allow chocolate to harden completely.
