  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin

Crostini
  • 1 Baguette Baguette sliced into thin pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for brushing
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice or lemon juice
Topping
  • 1 Avocado Avocado ripe and mashed
  • optional Diced Tomatoes or Microgreens for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mince the garlic and slice the avocado in half. Scoop out the flesh and add lime juice to prevent browning.
  2. In a bowl, season the shrimp with paprika, cumin, and salt.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté the seasoned shrimp for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  2. Toast baguette slices in the oven at 400°F for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
Assembling
  1. Spread avocado on toasted crostini and top with sautéed shrimp. Drizzle with lime juice.
  2. Garnish with diced tomatoes or microgreens if desired.
