Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, melted butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to form a paste.
  3. Generously brush the garlic mixture over both sides of each chicken breast and let it sit for a few minutes to meld flavors.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken on the griddle and cook undisturbed for about 6-7 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken carefully using tongs and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes, aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. In the final 2 minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each chicken breast and cover to allow it to melt.
  7. Remove the chicken from the griddle and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
