- In a medium bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, melted butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to form a paste.
- Generously brush the garlic mixture over both sides of each chicken breast and let it sit for a few minutes to meld flavors.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the griddle and cook undisturbed for about 6-7 minutes.
- Flip the chicken carefully using tongs and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes, aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- In the final 2 minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each chicken breast and cover to allow it to melt.
