Ingredients

For the Base
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt Aim for yogurt in the 2-5% fat range for the best texture.
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries Make sure to pat them dry to prevent melting chocolate mishaps.
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-sweet or dark chocolate works great.
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil Optional, helps create a smoother chocolate for dipping.

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • spatula
  • microwave-safe bowl

Method

Directions
  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Mix the Base: Combine Greek yogurt and dried frozen blueberries in a mixing bowl. Fold until evenly distributed.
  3. Form the Clusters: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into hands and form clusters, placing them on the baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the Clusters: Transfer to the freezer and freeze for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours until firm.
  5. Melt the Chocolate: Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip the Clusters: Once clusters are firm, dip each into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Optional Toppings: Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the chocolate before it sets.
  8. Final Freeze: Return to the freezer for an additional 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  9. Serve and Store: Serve immediately, or place clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
