Step-by-Step Instructions for Frozen Coffee Slushie
  1. Start by brewing 2 cups of strong coffee, preferably espresso for robust flavor. Stir in ½ cup of sugar until dissolved, then let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooled coffee, 1 cup of 1/2 & 1/2 or cream, 1 cup of milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into freezable containers, leaving space for expansion. Freeze for about 4 hours until solid.
  4. Let the containers sit for 5–10 minutes to soften. Scoop into bowls or glasses, and optionally top with whipped topping before serving.
