Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, maple syrup (or honey), and oil (or water) until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gently until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the donut molds, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Let the donuts cool for about 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
