- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and chives. Mix slowly until just combined.
- Wet your hands and shape the mixture into golf ball-sized portions. Place them on the lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle melted butter over each crab bomb.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and slightly puffed.
