Step-by-Step Instructions for Mediterranean Shrimp
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and let sit.
  3. Wash and trim the asparagus, place it on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
  4. Layer the marinated shrimp evenly over the asparagus and sprinkle with red onion.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
