Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients including tortellini, beef strips, bell peppers, onion, and cheese.
  2. Chop the bell peppers and onion into small pieces to enhance their flavor during cooking.
Cooking
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add beef strips and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened and caramelized.
  4. Reduce heat, pour in heavy cream, and gradually add provolone cheese, stirring until smooth.
  5. Add tortellini and sautéed beef back to the skillet and toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Plate and serve with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
