  • 2 cups Ice Regular ice cubes.
For the Fizz
  • 1 bottle Prosecco Opt for optimal flavor over other sparkling wines.
  • 1 cup Club Soda Optional, can be replaced with more Prosecco.

  1. Prepare Frozen Oranges: Slice fresh oranges into thick rounds, arrange on a baking sheet, freeze for at least 4 hours.
  2. Blend the Slushy Base: In a blender, combine frozen orange slices, ice, and Aperol. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until slushy.
  3. Pour into Glasses: Pour the slushy mixture into chilled wine glasses, filling them three-quarters full.
  4. Add Fizz: Top each glass with Prosecco slowly to avoid overflow. Optionally, add club soda for a lighter drink.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a slice of fresh orange and serve immediately.
