Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until bubbly but not browned.
  2. Stir in 3 cups of mini marshmallows and mix until fully melted and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Add desired food coloring to melted marshmallow mixture and stir until well blended.
  5. Stir in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until coated evenly.
  6. Let the mixture cool for a few minutes until just cool enough to handle.
  7. Grease hands slightly with butter and scoop out small amounts, shaping them into egg forms.
  8. Repeat the process for each food color to create a total of five colorful batches.
  9. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
