  • 1 oz St-Germain Elderflower liqueur

  • 4 oz Prosecco Any dry sparkling wine works
  • 1 oz Soda Water Use club soda; avoid tonic water
For Serving
  • 1 cup Ice Fresh ice recommended

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Hugo Spritz
  1. In a lovely wine glass, place fresh mint leaves and squeeze the juice of half a lime over them. Gently muddle for about 30 seconds, and allow to sit for 3 minutes.
  2. Fill the glass generously with fresh ice cubes, around halfway full.
  3. Pour in 4 ounces of Prosecco and 1 ounce of soda water over the ice. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Taste your Hugo Spritz and adjust sweetness with more St-Germain or soda water if needed.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a wedge of lime. Serve immediately.
