- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil and both sugars until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
- Add vanilla, sour cream, and mashed bananas to the mixture; blend well.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently, being careful not to over-mix.
- Dust chocolate chips with flour and fold them into the batter; pour into the prepared pan.
