Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three mini muffin pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and black food coloring (if using). Stir until smooth.
  3. Scoop ½ tablespoon of dough into each muffin cup and flatten gently.
  4. Bake cookie cups for 8-10 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft. Create indentations for cups.
  5. Allow to cool in the pans for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
Frosting and Decorating
  1. Beat softened butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk until smooth.
  2. Mix in green food coloring until desired shade is reached.
  3. Pipe frosting into cooled cookie cups in a swirling pattern.
  4. Decorate with sprinkles, candy eyeballs, and pretzel sticks as stir sticks.
