- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your loaf pan by greasing it lightly or lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and minced garlic for about 4-5 minutes until softened.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground turkey, sautéed onion and garlic, spices, egg, breadcrumbs, and milk. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet or into the greased loaf pan and shape into a loaf form.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ½ cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
