Ingredients
  

For the Meatloaf
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey Can substitute with ground chicken.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your loaf pan by greasing it lightly or lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and minced garlic for about 4-5 minutes until softened.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground turkey, sautéed onion and garlic, spices, egg, breadcrumbs, and milk. Mix until just combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet or into the greased loaf pan and shape into a loaf form.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together ½ cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
