Step-by-Step Instructions for Cruffins
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Generously grease a muffin tin and place a sheet of foil on the lower oven rack.
- Unroll one Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet on a clean surface, pressing it into a 13x8-inch rectangle.
- Spread a layer of softened butter over the dough sheet, then dust the surface with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Starting from the long side, tightly roll the dough into a log shape and pinch the seam closed.
- Cut the rolled dough in half and then into four strips. Twist each piece into a spiral shape and place cut-side up in the muffin cups.
- Bake the cruffins for about 18 minutes until golden brown and puffy. Let them cool for a few minutes before handling.
- Roll the warm cruffins in any remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture for added sweetness and crunch.
