Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar using an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and milk alternately, mixing gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
