  2. Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine mango chunks, lime juice, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add Sweetness: Add sweetened condensed milk or honey and blend for another 15 seconds until fully incorporated.
  4. Incorporate Tangy and Spicy Elements: Add tamarind paste and chili powder or Tajin, pulsing 2 to 3 times for bursts of flavor.
