Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thoroughly rinse and dry the shrimp and scallops. Peel and devein the shrimp, chop the scallops into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops; cook for 3 minutes, stirring, until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup white grape juice and let simmer for 2 minutes, then stir in 1 cup heavy cream with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
