- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Unroll and roll out the thawed puff pastry. Slice into 12 rectangles.
- Place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of half the pastry rectangles. Top with remaining rectangles.
- Make thin slits about an inch long at the top of each piece to form broom bristles.
- Wrap the bottom end of each rectangle around a pretzel stick and arrange on the cookie sheets.
