- Skewer the fruits onto wooden sticks, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Combine 2 cups of granulated sugar with 1 cup of water in a small pot and stir until dissolved, then bring to a boil.
- Monitor the syrup temperature until it reaches 300°F, or use a wooden skewer test.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and an ice bath.
- Dip each skewer into the hot syrup and then quickly into the ice bath.
- Arrange the dipped skewers on the baking sheet and allow to set before serving.
