Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook 8 slices of bacon for about 6–10 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and cool, then crumble.
  2. In a large salad bowl, layer 4 cups of chopped iceberg lettuce and 0.5 medium red onion, thinly sliced.
  3. Sprinkle 1 cup of thawed frozen green peas over the base, followed by 1 cup of chopped cauliflower.
  4. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the cauliflower layer.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 0.5 cup of grated parmesan cheese, and 1 tbsp of white sugar. Whisk until smooth.
