Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew 2 cups of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Blend 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/4 cup of coconut syrup, and 1/4 cup of strawberry purée until smooth.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour the cooled coffee until halfway full.
  4. Slowly pour the coconut-strawberry mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass.
  5. Garnish with shredded coconut and fresh strawberries if desired.
