  • 8 oz Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Can substitute with crescent roll dough or pizza dough.
Fillings
  • ¾ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Can substitute with cheddar or provolone.
  • ½ cup Mini Pepperoni Slices Use diced regular or turkey pepperoni for lighter option.
Topping
  • 4 tbsp Melted Butter Olive oil can be used as a lighter alternative.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used for stronger flavor.
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Adjust amount according to personal preference.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F, or air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 4 tbsp of melted butter with 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning.
  3. Open the biscuit dough can and flatten each piece to about 3 inches in diameter.
  4. Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni on each biscuit.
  5. Seal the edges of the dough and roll into a ball.
  6. Place dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with seasoned butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
