Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F, or air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix 4 tbsp of melted butter with 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning.
- Open the biscuit dough can and flatten each piece to about 3 inches in diameter.
- Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni on each biscuit.
- Seal the edges of the dough and roll into a ball.
- Place dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with seasoned butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
