  • 1 cup White Chocolate Wafers or colored candy melts

  • 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs or jellybeans

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crush the Mint Oreos to create a fine crumb base using a food processor or a zip-top bag.
  2. Mix the cream cheese into the crushed Oreos until smooth and well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls the size of golf balls and press down in the center to form cookie cups.
  4. Chill the cookie cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Fill the cavities of the cookie cups with melted white chocolate, leaving a little space at the top.
  7. Top each filled cookie cup with a Cadbury mini egg or your chosen candy and return to the fridge for 15-20 minutes until set.
