Method
 

Baking Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cream together the butter and confectioner's sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg and mint extract until fully combined.
  4. Gradually add flour and baking powder, mixing just until combined.
  5. Fill the cookie press with dough and press onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Add sprinkles if desired before baking.
  7. Bake for approximately 8 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
