Step-by-Step Instructions for Honey Tuiles
  1. Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C) and prepare a greased baking tray, placing it in the refrigerator.
  2. Cut out a 2-inch circle from cardboard to use as a cookie shaping template.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and confectioner’s sugar together for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  4. Add honey to the mixture and mix for an additional minute until combined.
  5. Combine sifted flour, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients. Refrigerate batter for 15 minutes.
  6. Take your baking tray and cardboard circle template out. Spread a teaspoon of batter inside the circle on the tray.
