Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking eggs. Gather and chop the mixed vegetables, chicken, and green onions.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil and chicken. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped mixed vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, then add drained noodles, soy sauce, and optional chili sauce. Toss for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions. Serve warm.
