Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large wok over high heat for about 2-3 minutes until it starts to smoke gently.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, and cornstarch until combined.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the squid and cabbage in the wok, stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Taste the stir fry and adjust seasoning if needed, cook for another minute.
