Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine blueberries, honey, mint leaves, and still water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl. Press down on the blueberries to extract syrup, then cool for 20 minutes.
  3. In serving glasses, pour blueberry syrup, fill with ice cubes, and top with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish each drink with fresh mint leaves and frozen berries. Serve immediately.
