  • 1 cup frozen blueberries Fresh blueberries can be used but adjust cooking time.
Optional Serving Add-ons
  • 1 tablespoon honey Drizzle for extra sweetness.
  • 1 cup yogurt Serve alongside for a creamy complement.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes.
  2. Spread a generous layer of The Laughing Cow Cinnamon Cream Cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle an even layer of frozen blueberries on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and press down gently to seal.
  5. Lightly spray the skillet with nonstick spray and grill the folded quesadilla for about 2 minutes on one side.
  6. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side for another 2 minutes until golden.
  7. Remove from skillet, let rest for a minute, then cut into wedges.
  8. Serve warm, possibly with honey or yogurt.
