Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the extra-firm tofu into cubes after boiling it in salted water for five minutes.
- Toss the cubed tofu with neutral oil, kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, and ground cumin.
- Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into 1/3-inch thick half-moon shapes.
- Cut broccoli into florets that are approximately 1.5 inches wide and 3 inches long.
- Spread the seasoned tofu, sweet potatoes, and broccoli evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over the roasted vegetables and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
