Preparation Steps
  1. Peel and slice the apples into thin pieces. Combine apple slices with brown sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Fill a large bowl with warm water. Soak each rice paper sheet in the water for 15-20 seconds until pliable, then let excess water drip off.
  3. Place rice paper on a clean surface, spoon 1-2 tablespoons of apple mixture into the center, and roll tightly.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place rolls on the sheet, brush with oil, and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm, optionally with glaze or ice cream.
