Step-by-Step Instructions for Apple Fritter Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of kosher salt, and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup of melted unsalted butter and ¼ cup of granulated sugar, stirring until smooth. Add 1 egg, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and ½ cup of applesauce.
