  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla-flavored recommended
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
Flavor Enhancement
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch ground cloves optional
Optional Toppings
  • 1 dollop whipped cream for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons pecans crushed, for texture

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients, chop the apple, measure out the oats, and prepare your blender.
  2. In a high-powered blender, add the chopped apple, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of ground cloves. Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth.
  3. Taste the smoothie to adjust sweetness and texture. Add more maple syrup or oats if desired and blend again.
